Julie Kinnett, MCSE, CTT+, MOSMI, has been in the Learning & Development field for over 15 years. She started her career as an Applications Trainer with the AT&T Professional Development Center and then was a technical trainer for CALC/Canterbury. During her tenture at CALC, she earned Microsoft certifications in Windows 95 and Networking Essentials and became a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), as well as a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). She is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor (MOSMI). For five years, Julie led the Pfizer Learning Solutions training team in teaching Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other software to colleagues worldwide. Most recently, Julie developed and created e-learning courses, best practices, and tips & tricks for the upgrade of the third largest implementation of SharePoint 2010 (globally). She is currently providing custom training for SharePoint owners and users and continues to write articles for the company's SharePoint Wiki in order to keep colleagues up to date.
