Julie helped me put together a PowerPoint presentation. She was very responsive and flexible in terms of our setting up a meeting. She also had good ideas about how to incorporate some of the graphics that I wanted in the presentation in a way that enhanced the presentation's attractiveness. Finally, during our lesson, she was mindful to keep the focus on teaching me the ins and outs of how to use the program. I am very pleased with my experience with Julie.
